Shipping Policy

At FlashPoint Warehouse, we take pride in delivering your orders fast, safe, and with care. Here’s what you need to know:

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

  • During high-demand seasons, product launches, or popular item spikes, please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment.

  • Some items may take a little longer depending on inventory or production method.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard shipping is via USPS, with occasional use of FedEx or UPS.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 additional business days after your order ships.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on items purchased; multiple tracking numbers will be emailed if applicable.

Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our facility.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Address changes must be requested by emailing store@fparmy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once a shipping label has been created, the shipping address cannot be changed.

  • If a label is already created, contact your local Post Office for delivery updates.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.
