Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, returned in their original packaging (if applicable), and include proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any shipping label costs already created will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or missing. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
All return requests must be submitted through the Contact page or by emailing store@fparmy.com, and include your order number. We understand special circumstances can arise and will do our best to work with you, but these policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
